A Letter to Our Valued Customers 

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team is extremely important to us. We are continuing to evaluate the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, as new developments and safety guidelines pop up fast. We also want you to know what we are doing to help keep you and our staff safe.

We understand that currently, people are encouraged to stay home and practice “social distancing” as much as possible. However, sudden home heating, air conditioning or plumbing issues that may need attention can still occur. We are taking extra precautions to protect you and our technicians, such as:

  • Regularly updating our staff on all CDC-recommended practices

  • Screening our employees daily for any health concerns

  • Regularly sanitizing commonly touched surfaces at our office and in our vehicles

  • Maintaining a recommended safe distance at all times, at our office and on all jobsites

  • Washing and sanitizing hands before and after every job

  • Wearing fresh facemasks, protective gloves and boot covers if entering a home

  • Providing a contact-less option, so signatures and payments can be collected electronically

Right now, you’re probably home more often than normal. This means your HVAC and plumbing systems may be working harder to keep you comfortable. Our staff is trained and equipped to keep you safe while we work to keep these important systems in tip-top condition.
